About us

BETI is a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Wealth Management specialised in real estate since 1989. It is exclusively dedicated to Wealth Management clients. As part of the Asset Diversification services, our team is independent from BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Whether you wish to sell or buy a property, we can help you in your real estate project. Our experience and know-how will enable you to complete your transaction in an overall, optimized wealth management strategy.

Services

We operate on both markets from € 1,5M:

•  Exclusive property in Paris and on the French Riviera: luxury apartments, mansions, “Hôtels Particuliers”, second homes, etc.
•  Investment market in Paris: entire offices, dwellings or mixed-use buildings

Supported by our in-house legal and tax experts and working in close cooperation with your usual personal advisors (Wealth Advisor, notaries, architects, lawyers…), we ensure you of a highly personalised and confidential service in each step of your deal and decision making

Calling upon our services, you will also benefit from our wide and favoured network of real estate professionals (luxury real estate agencies, real estate developers, etc.) as well as the skills of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Specific offer

Research Mandate
You may wish or need to entirely delegate your research of an estate. Our team can handle this task until completion through a specific mandate.
The Research Mandate will allow us to work with all real estate specialists on the market and offer you a permanent customised market view. Meanwhile, we will also assist you, in guaranteed discretion, until the transaction is completed (negotiation, analysis of the legal environment and other technical details, connection with architects, etc.)

Our fees

- Sales Mandate: success fee of 5%, taxes included,
- Research Mandate: our research mandate usually provides for a success fee of 3%, taxes included (in addition to the eventual fee of a seller’s agency).
