At BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch, our clients are top priority. Naturally, we want to protect the personal and financial information that you have entrusted us. Your concerns about privacy are considered in all aspects of our business -from exploring new technology to training our employees- and in all of the products and services we offer.

We protect the privacy of our clients' financial information in several ways: through technology, by establishing detailed security procedures and internal control systems, and by making sure that our employees understand the crucial role they play in safeguarding client information. BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch's "Code of Conduct", which guides and governs the conduct of all our employees, stipulates that any information our employees might have about the financial affairs of BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch's clients must be held in the strictest confidence.

We do not sell information to any third parties, nor to any marketing mailing list. We limit the release of client information to the following requirements:

• To comply with regulatory and internal audits.
• When a court order or subpoena requires us to release information. (We will notify the client promptly giving him/her the opportunity to exercise his or her legal rights. The only exception to this policy is when a court order or law prohibits us from notifying the client or when fraud and/or criminal activity are suspected).

To better serve our clients' banking needs, we may share information about them with other BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch network offices, such as BNP Paribas Investment Services LLC. This generally includes information about our clients' transactions and our experience with them. We would share information with a third party to process a transaction requested by our client, or when the client gives permission to share the information.

We will inform you in plain language initially, and at least once a year of our privacy policy.

Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards.

We are committed to complying with the laws and regulations that protect confidentiality of client information. Protecting your privacy is an on-going process. We will continue to review the measures we take to safeguard client information. These reviews will result in new measures to protect clients' records, as BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch makes changes to its information security practices and other internal control systems to take advantage of new technology or altered circumstances.

Because we strongly advocate the protection of client information, we believe that the adoption and implementation of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management - Greek Branch Privacy Policy are good business practices and will serve the interest of our clients.
